Autonomous Geographies
The University of Leeds approached Magic Sandwich as they needed a strong, variable design for an ESRC funded research project for one of its largest schools, the School of Geography.
Using a strong grid system, Magic Sandwich was able to solve many of the design problems and produce a design that was easy to use by both; the users of the website; and the authors who create the websites content.
In creating such a strong and variable design, the authors of the website are easily able to add new content whilst the user experience and design remain intact.
The final website was created using web standards and the Content Mangament System TextPattern, which was customized to make the publication of new sections to the website, easier for the authors.
